Limited Warranty on Callaway Products

Callaway Golf Company warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period as specified for categories above following the date of purchase at dealer’s shops. Callaway Golf will, without charge to the Dealers, repair or replace the product or any part thereof, which proves to be defective during normal use within the period as specified for category after the date of purchase or, at its option or replace the product with a new or refurbished one. Paint, Color fading and other cosmetic finishes subject to normal wear and tear, like ball marks or scratches on the club head caused by ball strikes or failure to use head covers, are not covered under warranty. Callaway Golf further disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for, defects in workmanship caused by third parties.

In case of warranty already issued against defective product returned as warranty case, The warranty period will be considered starting from point / date from the first Sale to the end consumer.

  • Sales Manager will personally check and verify the nature of defect before its shipped back to Callaway
  • We will not process any warranty/ sales return without complete documentation, failing so we will return the products after 30 days

Limited Warranty on Callaway Products

CG India requests dealers/customers to provide following support documents to process the replacement.

  1. Completely filled Return Request Form
  2. VAT Invoice / GST Invoice which issued by dealers to consumers: Scan copy of the invoice to be mailed directly to Sales Manager
  3. Customer details: Name, contact number & email ID to be provided along with scanned copy of invoice to Sales Manager
Defective product to be shipped directly to Callaway Warehouse address with the Return Request Form which is mandatory, scanned copy of the same to be shared with sales representative while couriering the defective goods. Corporate office will not accept any defective goods.
